Guidelines for right of withdrawal

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Exchange process:
To initiate a return, email us at hello@noblu.co with your order number and the items to be returned. We will provide a return label and instructions. Our return address is Dyre Halses gate 15, 7042 Trondheim. Remember that goods must be returned through our shipping partner to ensure correct processing.

Return Fees:
Returns with us are always a fixed low price of NOK 49.

Return conditions: Goods must be returned unused.

Final sale items
Gift card
The products are not in original condition
Products that show signs of wear or damage

Refunds:
We will notify you when we receive the return and after inspection we will inform you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Be aware of potential processing delays from your bank.
